Do you want to attract more positivity in your life? Do you feel like your life has been a drag lately or your energy is at an all-time low? If so, we are here to help. A few things to look out for if you suspect something is off in your life right now, is to take a complete inventory of your surroundings and the condition in which they are in.
Are your finances a mess? Do you find yourself in more dysfunctional relationships more than healthy ones? Are you experiencing insomnia? Do you find yourself knocking things over, getting into accidents and being clumsy? Are you feeling a bit ill lately or more frequently?
These are all signs of someone who is functioning with low vibration.
How do I raise my Vibration?
Glad you asked. If you truly want to live to your full potential, influence others, get out of debt, feel better, have stable relationships, and steer clear of that dreadful sluggish feeling you might have come to know all too well—take these steps into the right direction.
- Distance yourself from anyone and everyone who drag you down
- Take a warm Epson salt bath with low lights and a few drops of essential oils
- Practice Meditation once a day to refocus your energy and awareness
- Take deep breaths to bring oxygen to brain and bloodstream
- Avoid polluting your body with harmful toxins such as drugs, alcohol, and nicotine
- Exercise creativity in means of writing poetry, painting, blogging, or photography
- Say out loud what you are grateful for
- Be kind to others in passing and genuinely smile more often
- Get your cardio on – run, walk, jog, hike or swim at least once a day
- Stay hydrated for water is one of the most important things we can give our bodies
“People who believe they have bad luck create bad luck. Those who believe they are very fortunate, that the world is a generous place filled with trustworthy people, live in exactly that kind of world.”
